Our team successfully delivered a comprehensive charging solution for an advanced 3D sorting system deployed in a large-scale logistics warehouse.

The system operates on an 80-meter-long, two-layer robotic platform, supporting continuous operation of dozens of autonomous robots. To meet demanding energy and uptime requirements, we designed and installed a network of six smart charging stations capable of handling up to 80 robots simultaneously.

Each charging station provides adjustable output voltages of 110V or 207V, ensuring flexible compatibility with different robot types and operating modes. The solution guarantees reliable, high-efficiency charging while minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.

In addition to the charging infrastructure, we also equipped the facility with four integrated workstations that include:

• Industrial computers for control and monitoring

• Code-scanning cameras for automated identification

• Peripheral equipment supporting system maintenance and logistics operations
